What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental US. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping is available to over 50 countries.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
What warranty do you offer?
All IRONBOX steel products (barbells, kettlebells, weight plates) come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Rubber and leather accessories are covered for 1 year. This warranty covers normal use in training environments.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your IRONBOX account to view order status, or use the tracking link in your order confirmation email. If you have any issues, contact our support team.
