How do I upload my prescription?
You can upload your prescription during checkout or in your account settings. We accept photos of your prescription, PDFs, or you can enter the values manually. Our opticians will verify your prescription before processing your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn glasses in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Prescription lenses can be remade once for free.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Prescription eyeglasses may take an additional 3-5 days for lens crafting. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Do you accept insurance or FSA/HSA?
Yes! We accept most major vision insurance plans and provide itemized receipts for reimbursement. FSA and HSA cards are accepted as payment. Contact us for out-of-network benefits information.
