In-store or virtualStandard white glove delivery takes 2-4 weeks. Express delivery is available within 1-2 weeks for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
Our white glove service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly (if required), placement, and removal of all packaging materials.
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is free for defective items; a pickup fee applies for other returns.

Our 10-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including frame, springs, and cushion cores. Normal wear and fabric/leather are covered for 2 years.
