• Not modifying the source code without authorization
• Complying with any specific product license terms

4.2 Delivery

Digital products are delivered via instant download link after payment confirmation, email with access credentials, or Client Portal access.

4.3 Product Support

Digital products include documentation, email support for 30 days post-purchase, and access to product updates for 12 months.

10. Payment Terms

10.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%).

11. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

• The product is significantly different from the description
• The product has technical issues that we cannot resolve
• You have not downloaded or accessed the product

11.2 Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available within the first 7 days. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, prorated for unused months.
